E-Learning Developer

Worcester

£32,438 per annum (rising to £34,145 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)

35 hours per week

The E-Learning developer will join a small team who are responsible for creating eLearning courses for the Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to use a variety of tools to develop innovative learning solutions for the Group’s information systems. 

The role of E-Learning Developer will include:

  • Developing systems for all eLearning courses for the Group
  • Creating innovative learning and development interventions
  • Designing and delivering new and unique courses that will engage employees and enable them to work to high levels

Skills and experiences:

  • Ability to provide a portfolio of previous work is essential
  • Considerable experience as an E-Learning Developer or in a similar role
  • Ability to interpret computerised information and documentation
  • Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, HTML5, Storyline, Captivate, After Effects and Learning Management Systems is essential.
  • Some experience of assessing learning needs and evaluating learning and development programmes
  • Ability to communicate complex or technical business or system concepts to end users
