Customer Feedback Interviewer – Telephone Based

 

Worcester based with an anticipated balance of home and office working

 

£18,900 - £19,895 per year

 

35 hours per week

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven Customer Feedback Interviewer to join our team. In this role you will be making outbound calls to residents of Sanctuary Housing and conducting surveys on behalf of our organisation. This is not a cold calling role, it is customer research. You will need to be able to build rapport and work in a professional manner. The ideal candidate would also be comfortable in working towards individual and team targets, whilst also having an understanding of what impact their work has on the wider organisation.

 

The role of Customer feedback Interviewer – Telephone based will include:

  • Assisting with the delivery of effective and efficient research services
  • Coordinating the production of quality statistical information and general information, ensuring customer data is collated accurately to support the preparation of reports and submissions
  • Maintaining effective administrative records, filing systems, database records and recording customer feedback in an accurate manner
  • Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Recent experience working in an administrative role
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment or an outbound customer service advisor role
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Good communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to accurately record information from a variety of sources
