Asset Performance Coordinator

£24,219 per annum (pro rata)


35 hours per week


Temporary position for up to 9 months


We are looking to recruit an Asset Performance Coordinator to support the Asset Delivery team who are spread nationally across the country. You will be responsible for managing a central mailbox, supporting the Asset department management team with board reports and producing monthly team updates. Working with a direct team of 5 and a wider team of 20, we are looking for an organised individual who has an eye for detail and not afraid of a challenge. So, if you have previous experience within an admin or customer service based role then this could be the role for you.


The role of Asset Performance Coordinator will include:

  • Managing the administration of disrepair claims and permissions for improvement requests
  • Liaising with Surveyors to arrange appointments and reviewing reports ensuring deadlines are met
  • Supporting the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, residents and contractors
  • Overseeing the arranging of meetings including attendance, information preparation, minute-taking and follow-up administration
  • Coordinating team tasks to support the delivery of team targets including, stock condition surveys, disrepair claims and other property inspections


Skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience in a similar role providing administrative support to senior management
  • Experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workload in support of team targets
  • Some knowledge of producing quality compliance and statistical information
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Ability to work in a team and on own initiative and independently
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
