Multi-Trade Operative


Papermakers House, Swindon - Covering Swindon and surrounding areas (GL/BA/BS/RG/SN postcodes)


£28,265 per annum (rising to £29,752 after 12 months service subject to satisfactory performance)


40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm

What we look for in you:

  • Qualified in at least one of the following trades; Plumbing, Carpentry, Windows/Doors fitting
  • Experience working within a construction or building maintenance environment
  • Skills in some of the following disciplines – kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and decorating, floor laying
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations and working legislation
  • Provide out of hours cover via a callout rota, currently 1 week in 8
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
