Do you need flexibility in the days you work? Our bank roles (sometimes referred to as “relief roles” in other companies) mean that you will be able to choose from available shifts and have the benefits of a consistent workplace combined with opportunity to build positive relationships with the individuals we support. However you aren’t guaranteed shifts every week as hours are worked as and when required.

We are seeking a Bank Care and Support Assistant to join us in making a real difference to the lives of our residents. You will be integral to ensuring they lead a happy and fulfilled lifestyle. We offer a very supportive induction process, ensuring you will have all the encouragement you need to learn the role.

Located in a quiet area of Trowbridge close to Southwick Country Park, our newly refurbished residential care home consists of 14 bedrooms in the main building and 3 further bedrooms in two bungalows, adjacent to the main home. It has been designed specifically around the needs of our residents.  Shaftesbury Court provides residential care and support for adults aged 18 to 65, who have a range of learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on-going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. Sanctuary also has a great employee Rewards scheme, where you will be able to receive a variety of discounts from major retailers.

If you have a passion for supporting people and want to make a positive impact to people’s lives, this is an ideal opportunity to come and work within our friendly, hardworking, and resident-focused team in our new, state-of-the-art, homely building.
