Landscape Technician Charge Hand

 

Reform Street, Hull – covering Hull, Scarborough and Lincolnshire

 

£20,765 per annum (rising to £21,858 after 12 months service, subject to satisfactory performance)

 

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.00pm

What we look for in you:

  • Ability to provide supervisory support in keeping estates well maintained and clean in accordance with grounds maintenance contract specifications, ensuring KPI’s are in line with schedules
  • Assisting in coordinating the workload rota and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard
  • Recent experience of working within a similar role where operating gardening machinery is essential
  • Experience in grounds maintenance duties such as spraying, grass/hedge trimming
  • A pesticide application certificate PA1 – PA6 or equivalent is essential
  • An enthusiastic, well organised team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to ensure gardening tools and equipment are maintained, and in workable condition
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
