Do you need flexibility in the days you work?

Our bank roles (sometimes referred to as “relief roles” in other companies) mean that you will be able to choose from available shifts and have the benefits of a consistent workplace combined with opportunity to build positive relationships with the individuals we support. However you aren’t guaranteed shifts every week as hours are worked as and when required.

We are seeking a Bank Care and Support Assistant to make a real difference to the lives of our residents. Located in a residential area of Harlow, Livingstone House has seven single-occupancy bedrooms and a two-bedroom flat. We provide residential care and support for 19 adults aged 18 to 65, with a range of learning disabilities.

We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on-going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression.

Sanctuary also has a great employee Rewards scheme, where you will be able to receive a variety of discounts from major retailers.

This is an amazing opportunity to work in a positive environment with a dedicated team who value the individuals they support and make a difference in people’s lives every day.
