Bank Project Worker

Howell Road, Exeter

£9.99 - £10.30 per hour dependent on experience

Hours as and when required

Do you need flexibility in the days you work? Our bank roles (sometimes referred to as “relief roles” in other companies) mean that you will be able to choose from available shifts and have the benefits of a consistent workplace combined with opportunity to build positive relationships with the individuals we support. However you aren’t guaranteed shifts every week as hours are worked as and when required.

We are seeking an experienced Bank Project Worker to make a real difference to the lives of our clients. Howell Road is an 11 bed accommodation for individuals who have experienced (or have been at risk of) homelessness many of whom have complex/dual diagnosis and need support with basic life skills.

We aim to encourage independent living and basic life skills to enable our service users to positively move on from our short term accommodation and to have positive interactions with other support agencies within the city. You will be working with a maximum of 5 clients on a shift basis, though the role is very reactive and may call for you to deliver support to whomever requires it.

Sanctuary Supported Living provides and encourages career development. If you want to make a positive impact to people’s lives, this is a rewarding opportunity to come and work within an established and experienced team.
