Do you need flexibility in the days you work? Our bank roles (sometimes referred to as “relief roles” in other companies) mean that you will be able to choose from available shifts and have the benefits of a consistent workplace combined with opportunity to build positive relationships with the individuals we support. However, you aren’t guaranteed shifts every week as hours are worked as and when required.
We are looking for a Bank Call Handler to provide a customer focused service to our clients. Sanctuary 365 provides assistive technology support packages for vulnerable people, to help them maintain their independence and wellbeing in their own homes. It also provides a lone-worker monitoring service to ensure the safety of Sanctuary employees who are entering people’s homes as part of their job on a daily basis.
Standard shift patterns detailed below; various other shifts will be available depending on the current business demands:
8.00am – 1.00pm
7.00am – 3.00pm
3.00pm – 11.00pm
11.00pm – 7.00am
We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on-going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. Sanctuary has their own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all. The role of Bank Call Handler will include:
- Undertaking responsive and proactive call handling duties
- Maintaining effective filing systems
- Supporting the achievement of service standards
Skills and experiences:
- Experience of working in a customer centre or customer service environment is essential
- The ability to work under pressure
- Proven experience of administration relating to customer service and complaints
- Effective communication at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
- Basic knowledge of information systems and databases
