Housekeeping Assistant

 

New Court, Cheltenham

 

£8.21 to £8.64 per hour (dependent on qualifications) - subject to a terms and conditions review 

 

35 hours per week

We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to complete our team based in Cheltenham. In this vital role you will ensure communal areas and apartments are kept clean to meet the high standard we adhere to.

 

The role of Housekeeping Assistant will include:

  • Providing high quality cleaning services, including completing laundry for communal areas and owners apartments
  • Identifying and reporting any hazards and faults to ensure a safe environment is maintained
  • Organising  stores on site and carrying out checks of equipment, replacing when necessary
  • Ensuring that the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Any other tasks as required by management

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Previous cleaning or house keeping experience is essential
  • Ability to work on own initiative and with fast changing requirements
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work in a team and help colleagues as and when required
