We are looking for a Concierge to complete our team based in Cheltenham. In this vital role, you will act as a first point of contact for owners, visitors and customer’s onsite, ensuring a welcoming environment is consistently delivered. You will develop excellent relationships with all visitors, and support them in resolving any issues or problems that arise.

 

The role of Concierge will include:

  • Ensuring an exceptional service is provided to owners and offering support before, during and after they have moved into New Court, being on hand to provide them with a feeling of complete comfort and reassurance
  • Providing an effective concierge service including answering the telephone, coordinating on-site appointments, taking restaurant bookings and supporting the bar and restaurant service
  • Ensuring safe working practices are adhered to, in order to maintain a comfortable and compliant environment
  • Ensuring that the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Supporting the marketing and sales process and assisting new customers as they arrive  

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Ideally you will have recent experience of working in the extra care, luxury retirement or hospitality sector or in a similar front-line role
  • Experienced in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide variety of people
  • Have a caring and compassionate attitude, always ensuring that owners’ dignity and privacy is respected at all times
