Administration Officer

 

New Court, Cheltenham

 

£21,294 per annum

 

37.5 hours per week – Wednesday to Sunday

We have a rewarding opportunity for a customer focused Administration Officer to join our high quality, luxury private retirement service.  Working with the General Manager you will be responsible for delivering, maintaining and monitoring effective and efficient compliance and administrative systems to support the delivery of services.

 

The role of Administration Officer will include:

  • Providing home owners, managers and staff with clear guidance and practical advice on facilities and building related issues
  • Building and maintaining constructive relationships with owners and other key stakeholders,
  • Resolving complaints and breakdowns in service delivery
  • Ensuring that the highest level of customer care and service are maintained at all times
  • Providing an efficient front of house and facilities services
  • Assisting in the line management of staff

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience gained within an administrative or reception role, or similar
  • Some experience or involvement in managing staff is desirable
  • Ideally have some experience of working in a facilities management environment
  • Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to work  to deadlines and prioritise your workload
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Have a working knowledge of Word and Excel (or similar)
