Multi-Trade Operative


Frederick House, Brighton – covering Sussex


£29,678 per annum (rising to £31,240 after 12 months service subject to satisfactory performance)


40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.30pm

What we look for in you:

  • Previous multi-trade experience gained within construction or building maintenance sector
  • Primary skills in any or some of the following carpentry, plastering, joinery, plumbing, fitting bathrooms, wet rooms, kitchen fitting 
  • Skills in some of the following disciplines – kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling or painting and decorating, floor laying
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations and working legislation
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
