Hours as and when required – Including weekends
Do you need flexibility in the days you work? Our bank roles (sometimes referred to as “relief roles” in other companies) mean that you will be able to choose from available shifts and have the benefits of a consistent workplace combined with opportunity to build positive relationships with the individuals we support. However you aren’t guaranteed shifts every week as hours are worked as and when required.
Could you support our residents with learning disabilities to live more independently, identify their goals and achieve their aspirations?
Would you like to make a difference that lasts long after the end of your shift?
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Bank Project Worker with passion and drive to support our residents with their daily living skills. Set in a quiet, residential area of Bridgwater, Drawbridge House has seven fully-furnished bedrooms in a shared house and provides long term support for adults aged 18 to 65, with a range of learning disabilities, encouraging them to live as independently as possible.
We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on-going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression.
Sanctuary also has a great employee Rewards scheme, where you will be able to receive a variety of discounts from major retailers.
