Customer Service Advisor - Income

Hindle House, Adderbury

 

£21,070 per annum (rising to £22,179 after 12 months service subject to satisfactory performance)

37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

The exciting opportunity of Customer Service Advisor – Income, will see you working within our Income Services team. Your role will include, income recovery services, collection of rental debt, payment plans. This opportunity is situated within a call centre environment, supporting the effective delivery of housing services.

 

The role of Customer Service Advisor - Income will include:

  • Deliver high quality Income Recovery, assisting with related enquiries and complaints
  • Developing, building and maintaining relationships with residents and stakeholders
  • Providing administration and early stage income collection service
  • Maintaining and providing effective support to residents, signposting where appropriate

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Working knowledge of call handling in a contact centre environment or similar
  • Excellent communication skills including interpersonal and written
  • Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and good practice debt collection and GDPR
