Skilled Operative

Tenants First, Aberdeen


£21,479 per annum inclusive of policy allowance (rising to £22,609 per annum inclusive of policy allowance after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)

40 hours per week – 8:00am to 4:30pm

What we look for in you

  • Proven skills of completing general maintenance tasks and ensuring the site is clean and tidy
  • Ability to assist with store keeping including key holding
  • You will be a team player with the ability to prioritise workloads, work to deadlines and plan ahead
  • Awareness of health and safety and working legislations and display a duty of care of tools and equipment
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

Role Salary is £19,526 with an additional policy allowance of £1,952 per annum (rising to £20,554 with an additional policy allowance of £2,055 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
