Our emergency response service is available 24-hours a day, every day of the year, and our assistive technology package includes installation, monitoring, response and escalation services.  All of the systems used by our clients are linked to our main call centre in Chester and our operations teams work nationally with hubs in Chester, Banbury and Cambridge.

Sanctuary365 is a Platinum TSA (Telecare Services Association) accredited provider, one of only 27 telecare providers in the UK to have this mark of quality.
